1-) On Friday, September 13, we will have a local breakfast and a local dinner together in a historical inn in Diyarbakır. Breakfast and Dinner total 1,200 TL.
2-) Friday, September 13, Diyarbakir and Saturday Mardin Touristic Culture Tour is 2,900 TL.
3-) On Saturday, September 14, we are doing a Mardine Cultural Tour from Diyarbakır and we will have local dinner in a mansion in the evening and this dinner costs 1,600 TL.
4-) 3 Tango Group lessons with Muharrem & Nilay are 1,200 TL.

Participants who registered as a couple need to complete both forms for each person.

Payment Method
When you get our confirmation email you will have 3 days to make the payment, and only after we receive it we will send you a “YOU ARE IN” email.
If you do not pay in due time your registration will be cancelled.
The registration is strictly personal and it cannot be transferred to another person without our authorization.
Refund Policy
Your payment for marathon registration after 8 July 2024 is non-refundable for any reason, but you have the opportunity to contact us (mesopotamiatangomarathon@gmail.com) to offer a replacement or ask us to find one for you.
In case of event cancellation, you’ll be fully refunded. We hope there will be no complications with restrictions by the date of the marathon, but we’ll be monitoring the situation and inform you immediately in case of any news.
Terms & Conditions
- To keep the Milongas Balanced, Couple Registration has priority. You are welcome to register as a single, and you will be on a waiting list until another complementary dancer registers.
- For reasons of force majeure if such failure is as a result of Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, or other natural disasters), pandemic diseases, Covid -19, war, invasion, an act of foreign enemies, hostilities (regardless of whether war is declared), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service. The organizers can decide to cancel the Event at short notice. If the Event is canceled because of force majeure, no new date will be set; the next Event will take place a year later. In this case, no entry fees and additional orders will be refunded to the Participant.
- Unfortunately, we are unable to accept reservations for one or two nights. The minimum stay is for 3 nights.
- The Participant grants to the organizers the right to publish pictures, sounds and visual materials, etc., recorded during or around the time of the Event, in which the Participant is visible.
- The organizers will save personal data provided by the Participant in a database. By participating in an Event a Participant grants the organizer permission to use the personal data to send information to the Participant and (provided the Participant has given permission for this on the registration form) to provide personal data to third parties for the purpose of sending information to the Participant. By entering into the Agreement the Participant grants the organizers permission to publish his/her name, for instance by means of publication in newspapers and via the Internet.
- 1st child under 12 is free of charge. 2nd child under 12 years old is 50% off.

- You will be informed about payment methods in your registration confirmation e-mail.
-If you want to extend your stay, you can check in earlier and/or check out later. Please convey this to us, especially in the notes section of the registration form.
- If you feel that you haven’t received your confirmation letter after the posts of all confirmation letters being sent have been posted, contact us after making sure that you have checked your spam folder.
