Payment Method

When you get our confirmation email you will have 3 days to make the payment, and only after we receive it we will send you a “YOU ARE IN” email.

If you do not pay in due time your registration will be cancelled.

The registration is strictly personal and it cannot be transferred to another person without our authorization.

Refund Policy

Payments made for your marathon registration are non-refundable under any circumstances after 30 days from the date of payment.

In addition, any payments made after 1 August 2025 are strictly non-refundable.

In the event that the festival is cancelled by the organiser, you will receive a full refund.

Terms & Conditions

To ensure balanced milongas, couple registrations are given priority. You are welcome to register as a single participant; however, in this case, you will be placed on a waiting list until a suitable partner registers.

Due to force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters such as fire, flood, earthquake, storm or hurricane; pandemics such as Covid-19; war, invasion, acts of foreign enemies, civil war, rebellion, revolution, terrorist activities, nationalisation, government sanctions, embargo, labour disputes, strikes, lockouts, or interruptions to electricity or communication services), the organisers reserve the right to cancel the event at short notice. In such cases, no new date will be scheduled, and the next event will take place the following year. No registration fees or additional services will be refunded in this case.

The minimum stay for this event is 2 nights.

The Participant grants the organisers the right to publish any photographs, video or audio recordings taken during or around the event in which the Participant appears.

Personal data provided by the Participant will be stored in a database by the organisers. By participating in the event, the Participant consents to the use of this data for communication purposes and (if permission is granted in the registration form) to its sharing with third parties for the purpose of providing information. The Participant also agrees to the publication of their name in media and on the internet.

Participation with children is not permitted. If a participant attends with a child, all material and moral responsibility lies entirely with the parent(s).

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. By using the website, you agree to be bound by the most current version. You are therefore advised to review the participation terms regularly, at least once a week. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not register via the website.

Information regarding payment methods will be provided via your registration confirmation sent through WhatsApp or email.

If you wish to extend your stay, you may arrange an earlier check-in and/or later check-out. Please indicate this clearly in the notes section of the registration form.
